1. Nature of Our Services

MeetREN offers personalized reports and recommendations based on classical feng shui principles, including Gua number calculations and BaZi (Four Pillars of Destiny) analysis. These are rooted in traditional Chinese metaphysical practices and cultural wisdom.

Our reports provide environmental optimization suggestions — such as furniture placement, directional alignment, and element balancing — that are intended to enhance your living space. Results described in testimonials and marketing materials reflect individual experiences and are not guaranteed outcomes.

2. Not Medical or Health Advice

Nothing on this website or in our reports constitutes medical advice. References to sleep scores, heart rate, focus, nervous system regulation, or any other health-related metrics are shared for informational purposes only.

MeetREN is not a healthcare provider. We do not make health claims, and our recommendations should not replace guidance from licensed medical or mental health professionals.

3. Eligibility & Account Responsibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the Services. By using MeetREN, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at hello@meetren.ai if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

Each account is for a single individual. You may not share, transfer, or sell access to your account or any reports generated through your account.

4. Acceptable Use of Reports

By using MeetREN, you acknowledge that:

• Reports are based on feng shui traditions and are provided for entertainment, educational, and personal enrichment purposes.
• Any changes you make to your living environment based on our recommendations are made at your own discretion and risk.
• Individual results vary and we do not guarantee specific outcomes from implementing our suggestions.
• Testimonials on our website represent individual experiences and do not constitute a promise of similar results.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Services to:

• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights.
• Harass, abuse, threaten, or intimidate MeetREN staff, other users, or any third party.
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information — including creating accounts under fake identities.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Services by automated means.
• Reproduce, resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit any reports, content, or AI-generated output from the Services.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity, security, or performance of the Services or their underlying infrastructure.
• Use AI chat features (Ask REN, The MeetREN Method) to generate content that is harmful, abusive, defamatory, or illegal.
• Circumvent rate limits, access controls, or other protective measures implemented on the platform.
• Misrepresent your relationship with MeetREN or claim endorsement by MeetREN without written authorization.

6. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account and access to the Services at our sole discretion, at any time, for any reason or no reason, with or without notice.

Reasons for termination may include, but are not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms or any applicable law.
• Conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, is harmful to MeetREN, its users, or any third party.
• Abuse or misuse of the Services in any manner.
• Fraudulent, deceptive, or manipulative activity.
• Extended inactivity or failure to maintain a valid account.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. We are not obligated to provide you with copies of your data or reports following termination. Any fees previously paid are non-refundable upon termination for cause.

You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us at hello@meetren.ai.

7. AI-Generated Content

Certain features of the Services — including Ask REN, The MeetREN Method, and BaZi report generation — are powered by artificial intelligence. AI-generated content may occasionally contain inaccuracies, errors, or unexpected outputs.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• AI-generated content is provided “as is” and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for any decision.
• MeetREN does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI-generated output.
• You are solely responsible for how you interpret and act on AI-generated recommendations.
• AI features may be modified, improved, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.

8. Privacy & Data

We collect personal information (name, email, birth date, and gender) solely to generate your feng shui reports and deliver them to you. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Photos submitted for BaZi Home Reports are used exclusively for your personalized analysis and are not shared or used for any other purpose.

By using the Services, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your information as described herein. We may use anonymized, aggregated data for analytics and product improvement purposes.

9. Payments & Refunds

Paid reports and consultations are non-refundable once delivered. If you experience a technical issue preventing report delivery, please contact us and we will work to resolve it promptly.

We reserve the right to change pricing for any of our Services at any time. Price changes will not affect orders already completed at the time of the change.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, design, text, software, algorithms, reports, AI models, branding, and other materials associated with MeetREN are the intellectual property of MeetREN AI and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may use your personal reports for your own private purposes but may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or commercially exploit any MeetREN content or reports without our prior written permission. Unauthorized use may result in account termination and legal action.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MeetREN, its founder, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses — arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Services.

This includes, without limitation, damages arising from:

• Any changes you make to your home or living environment based on our recommendations.
• Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in reports or AI-generated content.
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your account or data.
• Service interruptions, downtime, or technical failures.
• Any third-party conduct or content accessed through the Services.

In no event shall MeetREN's total liability to you for all claims exceed the amount you have paid to MeetREN in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or fifty US dollars ($50), whichever is greater.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MeetREN, its founder, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Services; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights; or (d) any content or information you provide to or through the Services.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in San Francisco County, California.

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class action, consolidated action, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against MeetREN.

15. Third-Party Services

The Services may integrate with or contain links to third-party services (including payment processors, authentication providers, and AI infrastructure). MeetREN is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of any third-party services. Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms and policies.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of MeetREN after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must discontinue use of the Services. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with any applicable policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and MeetREN regarding the Services and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, or communications, whether written or oral.
